What Does Kiwanis Require of You?

Financial commitments:

  • Prompt payment of dues, which are $250/year
  • Support of our annual Pancake Breakfast by selling at least 50 tickets
  • Contribution to our annual Golf Tournament by selling at least 3 hole sponsorships


Enthusiasm for Kiwanis:

  • A spirit of good fellowship and willingness to become acquainted with all Club members
  • Acceptance of Kiwanis ideals and objectives—plus a sincere desire to realize them in your personal and professional life, well as in service to our community
  • Spreading the word about Kiwanis International and our Club

Attendance and participation:

  • Regular attendance at our weekly meetings, which are our means of getting results
  • Active participation in our weekly meetings by volunteering to serve as the greeter, leading the song or pledge, saying the opening prayer, reading the week’s “fun fact” about Kiwanis, or selling 50/50 raffle tickets
  • Participation in Club service projects
  • Attendance at inter-club meetings
  • Volunteering at our Club’s annual fundraisers: the February Pancake Breakfast and October Golf Tournament
  • Willing and efficient discharge of any duty assigned to you, or required as a member of any committee
  • Sincere consideration when there are opportunities to serve on committees or the Board of Directors
